This campaign for sheriff isn’t about politics — it’s about strengthening an already great Sheriff’s Office in Palm Beach County and ensuring it continues to lead with integrity, trains with purpose, and serves with pride.

Palm Beach County is protected by dedicated deputies and staff who do exceptional work every day. But even great agencies develop cracks over time, and those cracks deserve honest attention. Sheriff Bradshaw has been a strong leader for many years, and our agency has benefited from his service. Yet, as happens in every organization, there comes a moment when one generation passes the torch to the next — not out of criticism, but out of respect for progress and the future.

After 25 years with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, I’ve seen firsthand what works — and where we must adapt. I’m Beau Cisco, and I’m not running to play politics; I’m running to strengthen trust, reinforce professionalism, and lead from the front. This campaign is about accountability, transparency, and genuine care — for both our deputies and the community we swore to protect. It’s about fixing what needs improvement while preserving everything that already makes PBSO strong.

As your future Sheriff, I will be present — on scenes, in districts, and alongside the men and women who serve. I will modernize training to match real-world threats, restore patrol as the backbone of public safety, and ensure specialized units support — not overshadow — frontline operations. We will be open in our decisions, honest in our investigations, and unwavering in our standards. We will prioritize mental health, leadership responsibility, and a culture built on readiness and pride.

I’m not guided by party politics — only by purpose, fairness, and service.

My promise is simple: we will strengthen professionalism inside the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and deepen trust outside it.
